I worked with a team of four that was responsible for the complete redesign of the Kansas City Waters website and their app KCWaterBug. We also created a thorough ad campaign to help them promote their app in order to increase their downloads. Upon completion we presented our concept along with two other groups, and our designs were chosen, they are planning to begin implementing the redesign and the campaign within the next six months.
While my focus on this project was the design, I learned a lot about marketing and the research that goes into it. I was also able to use and expand upon my existing knowledge. I was able to help with both sides of this redesign which made this project a very unique experience for all members of our team.

Project Presentation
The website and app design were among my largest involvements in this project, I updated their current layouts and content to create a look that fit in with the new brand we created.
Another piece that I worked very hard on was the Brand Identity Guide which would be provided to the organization to allow them to continue the Brand we set up after our involvement ended. This comprehensive guide was put together entirely by me to help explain our decisions for each element of the design including the logo, tagline, colors and typography. These choices all led to the brand we developed, and by explaining them in detail we provided the organization with the tools they needed to move forward with a strong brand identity.
